All orders are subject to product availability. Generally, if an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, it will not be listed, however on the rare occasion circumstances change, and stock isn't available. In these cases, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Please note that while delivery to the locations on the north american continent are generally quick, offshore and international destinations are apt to be less so. Delivery standards also vary widely by country.
Shirts'n Giggles makes every effort to produce paid orders within 5 business days. Your delivery time will be based on the shipping method that you choose at the time of ordering, and will be in addition to the merchandise production time. Delivery times are a guide only and are subject to factors outside of Shirts'n Giggles and the Shipping Company's control. Please note that while orders are accepted on weekends and holidays, we are limited to shipping on days that the shipping services use, which are non holiday, Mon-Fri normal business days.
Actual date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged where appropriate due to production or destination of the item(s) ordered.
