This plain language privacy policy supersedes any and all earlier versions.
Shirts-n-Giggles.com will never rent, sell, or otherwise share your personal information (email, name, address, order history, credit card data) with any third-party, except as needed to fulfill your purchase. By necessity, this agreement excludes the sharing of your name and shipping address with those involved in shipping our product to you.
By using PayPal(tm) and Square(tm) for online payments, Shirts-n-Giggles.com never has access to any of your credit card information. PayPal’s privacy policy covers your transaction through their system. Square’s privacy policy covers your transactions through the Square payment system. At no time is your credit card data held or retained by Shirts-n-Giggles.com.
Shirts-n-Giggles.com does use cookies to give some site functionality. Visitors may disable these cookies, however doing so may impact the functionality of the website.
Shirts-n-Giggles also stores visitor usage data (IP addresses, pages visited, etc) in log files. Such logs are retained only as long as needed for product and performance analysis, and then archived for up to 7 days in case of law enforcement requirements. After 7 days, they are purged from the system.
Google(tm) site tracking cookies are used to check site performance, but are not shared for other purposes. Google(tm) tracking cookies are governed by the Google(tm) privacy policy and may be managed through the tools that Google provides.
Customers (those who have registered an account, whether they have completed a transaction) may log in through Account login panel and update any personal information as necessary. This access has always been available to you, so nothing new here. Please note that this should be performed before submitting new orders, as your shipping address is forwarded to the printer with your paid order.
Your California Privacy Rights under California’s Shine-the-Light Law:
California law permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the types of personal information disclosed to those parties. As has been disclosed above, we will not partake of such activities and as such this has not and will not occur. If you are a California resident and would like to request written conformation of this, please submit your request in an email to INFO -at- SHIRTS-N-GIGGLES.COM or open a support ticket.
Customers who wish to have their accounts removed from the system may contact the general contact address, at INFO -at- SHIRTS-N-GIGGLES.COM or open a support ticket.
